HOTEL VERSAILLES, Rome

The hotel sits on Corso d'Italia, a main thoroughfare, within a 10-minute walk of Villa Borghese and the Trevi Fountain. Termini Station is about 15 minutes on foot, offering direct rail connections to both airports and the tram network. Metro stations Castro Pretorio (B-line) and Repubblica (A-line) are a short walk away, providing quick access to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican Museums, and Spanish Steps. Multiple bus routes (including line 62 from Via Nomentana) stop within 100 metres, making car-free exploration simple. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet yet well served by restaurants, cafés, and shops.

The hotel offers 15 rooms: Single rooms for one person and Triple rooms that sleep up to three. All rooms include air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, mini bar, writing desk, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Triple rooms are larger and overlook the ancient Aurelian city walls. Soundproofing is fitted, though rooms facing Corso d'Italia can still carry street noise when windows are open. Some rooms on the fifth floor have reported inconsistent hot water and cooling; lower-floor rooms tend to be more reliable. While not luxurious, the accommodation is considered clean and adequate for short stays focused on sightseeing.

The hotel does not operate its own restaurant or provide breakfast. A wide range of authentic Italian eateries, pizzerias, and cafés (including Al Forno della Soffitta, Osteria dell'Arco, and Rosticceria I Molisani) are within 0.5 km, many offering early morning opening hours. The neighbourhood is popular with locals, making it easy to find reasonably priced meals throughout the day.

The hotel does not feature a pool, spa, or fitness centre. The nearby Villa Borghese park (10 minutes on foot) offers extensive gardens, a boating lake, fountains, and the Borghese Gallery for art and relaxation.
