Two metro stations (Messe-Prater and Vorgartenstrasse) are within a short walk, placing the historic centre only 10-15 minutes away by public transport. The Messe Wien exhibition grounds are 500m on foot, making the location practical for trade-fair visitors. Prater amusement park and the Danube Island are each about a 10-minute walk, and a supermarket is just 50m from the entrance. A tram stop directly outside the building provides an easy car-free connection to the rest of the city. The Danube riverboat pier is 1km away (13 minutes on foot).

Units are housed in a restored historic building and vary in layout. The 1-Bedroom Suite is the only category that includes a full kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator, and cooking utensils; Deluxe Double Rooms may or may not have a kitchen, and availability can be requested at booking. All rooms offer air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (some also have Netflix/Prime Video), a seating area, and a private bathroom with shower. The larger suites feature a separate living space and are spacious enough for four people. Standard bed setup is one large double bed - no sofa bed or extra sleeping option.
