The parking entrance is actually reached via a side street through a neighborhood, not from the main road, making it easier to arrive by taxi if unfamiliar with the area. The building's proximity to a major road means significant traffic noise at night.

Each unit includes a private bathroom with slippers and hairdryer, a terrace, a dining area, a TV, and a washing machine. The kitchens are fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware. Some suites have a fireplace.
