VILLA OLIVIA, Prague

The property sits in a peaceful, nature-surrounded residential neighbourhood about 6 km from O2 Arena Prague and 24 km from Vaclav Havel Airport. A train station is a 10-minute walk away, with trains reaching the city centre in roughly 15 minutes (service frequency is limited, so checking the schedule ahead is recommended). By car, Old Town Square and Charles Bridge are within a short drive. On-site free private parking is available without reservation, and free street parking is also possible.

Rooms are available as family rooms, triple rooms, or as a self-contained unit in a separate garden building with its own private entrance. Each room includes a private bathroom, satellite TV, a sitting area, wardrobe, free toiletries, and parquet or carpeted flooring. Some rooms have a balcony (availability depends on the booking date) and garden or street views. Extra bedding is limited: no extra beds are available in the triple room type. Electric kettle and microwave can be requested. Rooms are described as cosy and clean, and garden-facing accommodation is noticeably quieter than street-facing rooms.

Breakfast is provided by the property and is described as plentiful, varied, and of good quality, offering something for most tastes. It is a served breakfast, not a full buffet with hot dishes. There is no restaurant or bar on site, so lunch and dinner require eating out or using the grocery delivery service (available for an additional charge). A wine/champagne service is available for an extra fee. Nearby dining options in the residential area are limited; easiest access by car or train to central Prague for a wider choice.

Wellness facilities include a free open-air bath and a free public bath, though no spa or swimming pool is present. The garden and terrace offer outdoor furniture, a picnic area, and an outdoor dining space. For nearby leisure, bowling and a golf course are available within 3 km (both at an additional charge), and cycling is possible off site. The quiet green setting is well suited for relaxing outdoors or as a base for exploring the area by car.
