VIP RESIDENCE - EXCLUSIVELY FOR LADIES, Dubai

The property is situated in a quiet, non-touristy residential area of Dubai, with a supermarket and pharmacy on the ground floor of the building. The nearest metro station (Abu Baker Al Siddique) is about an 8-10 minute walk away, providing direct links to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (approximately 40 minutes by metro). A bus stop for connections to Muscat is also within reach. Many affordable restaurants are within a short walking distance. The airport can be reached in about 10 minutes by taxi.

The private double room offers a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks and a bidet, plus a large wardrobe and a terrace with an inner courtyard view. The shared rooms (3-bed and 5-bed) have spacious layouts, big lockers for each bed, and use two shared bathrooms (one with toilet and sink, one with shower, toilet and sink). All rooms are air-conditioned and have a washing machine, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The property is located within a larger residential building; the entrance may appear shabby but the hostel itself is clean and well-maintained. Daily bed-making and cleaning are performed; bedlinen is reportedly changed daily.

The shared kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware allowing self-catering. Free tea, instant coffee, and sugar are provided. There is no restaurant on site, but the surrounding area features numerous affordable ethnic restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, many open until midnight or 24 hours.

On-site leisure facilities include a sun terrace and a garden, providing outdoor space within the property. A hairdresser and beautician are available on request. The property does not have a pool, fitness centre, or spa.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Daily housekeeping is provided, including bed-making and cleaning. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out. The property has a lift, a shared kitchen, and a minimarket on site. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside the property, key access, a security alarm, and smoke alarms. ATM/cash machine is on site. Late check-in (until at least 1:30 am) is possible with prior arrangement. The owner and staff communicate via WhatsApp and are responsive to queries and special requests.
