The apartment sits in a residential neighbourhood with narrow streets where free street parking is possible but unreliable, especially at weekends. Metro stations Carabanchel and Vista Alegre are within a 5-minute walk, providing direct Line 5 access to Gran Vía and central Madrid. A bus stop 2 minutes away connects to Plaza Mayor. The area has a Lidl supermarket at the end of the street, along with restaurants, cafés and ATMs within a few minutes' walk. A concert venue is also nearby. The immediate street is quiet, but the building's front door and internal noise can be audible from ground-floor apartments.

The apartment consists of a living room, one separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a TV, a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee maker, ironing facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, kitchenware). The unit offers two beds. Some apartments have private terraces or patios, while others may not; confirm at booking. The bedroom has no door, is adjacent to a green emergency light that cannot be switched off, and the sofa bed is small, with sheets that do not stay fitted. Wall-mounted heaters can trip the electrics if too many appliances are used simultaneously.

The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, an electric kettle and basic cooking equipment. A Lidl supermarket is at the end of the street, and several restaurants - including Cerveceria Gonmar, Taberna La Romana, Jamones Andres Becerro and others - are within 0.5 km. There is no on-site dining service, so the fully equipped kitchen provides a practical base for meal preparation, especially for longer stays.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment, though coverage can be weak in some areas. No parking is available on the property; street parking is free but scarce due to narrow roads. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. A €150 security deposit is required via an external platform (Swikly) before check-in details are released.
