APPART COSY BORDEAUX CENTRE, Bordeaux

The location is central yet unusually quiet, with windows overlooking a large inner courtyard rather than the street. Main attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops are within a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket is nearby for essentials. The tram stop right outside connects to all directions, including the airport, and a boat stop for crossing the river is also close. The train station is about 20 minutes on foot. This setup makes car-free exploration easy, though there is no parking for those arriving by car.

The flat is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and has been tastefully renovated. It features one bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a living area with a sofa bed that many find as comfortable as a real bed. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin separate from the WC, and the apartment includes a washing machine, plenty of storage, and thoughtful supplies such as toiletries, extra toilet paper, and cleaning products. Blackout blinds ensure good sleep, and the large flat-screen TV offers Netflix. The space is well-organised, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, Nescafe Dolce coffee maker, and all cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. There is also a tea and coffee maker and a dining area. Within a 3-minute walk, you will find a variety of restaurants and cafes such as Papilles & compagnie, Au Bon Jaja, C'Yusha, La Taniere, Label Terre, L'hirondelle, Le Cabanon Marin, and Patisserie S.
