Each unit has a private entrance, a living area with a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and washing machine. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Sleeping accommodation varies: some apartments have a double sofa bed downstairs plus a bed on the mezzanine, while others have the main bed on the upper level accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. The mezzanine has a low ceiling (under 1.75 m headroom) and a slatted floor through which small items can fall; it is better suited for sleeping than for standing activity. City views are standard, but ground-floor units face the street directly and require curtains for privacy, limiting natural light. Upper-floor apartments are quieter and brighter. Some units have stairs up to the third floor with no lift. The interior is decorated in a typical French style with exposed stone walls, parquet flooring, and tasteful furnishings, but some units show wear such as older mattresses, stained linens, and minor kitchen wear. Heating is available, but there is no air conditioning - ceiling fans are provided. Summer nights can be hot, especially on the mezzanine.
