BONDI900 - TIGLI, Bologna

The apartment is 4 km from Via dell' Indipendenza and the Museum for the Memory of Ustica, and 5 km from Piazza Maggiore and the Quadrilatero. Bus stop for route 14 is on the adjacent street, providing a direct 10-minute connection to the city centre. Walking to the centre takes about 20-30 minutes. Free on-site private parking eliminates the need for street parking, which is extremely limited in the area. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 12 km away.

The air-conditioned accommodation sleeps up to 4 people: one separate bedroom with a double bed (four pillows provided) and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment includes a private bathroom with shower and a bidet, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, plus a washing machine. Guests have noted the comfortable bed and sofa bed, the quiet environment with no noise from neighbours, and the thoughtful welcome supplies (coffee capsules, tea, sugar, biscuits, jam). The modern renovation and cleanliness are consistently highlighted, making it a practical, comfortable base for couples, small families, or solo travellers.

Breakfast is not routinely provided, though some bookings may include it - check your rate. The host sometimes leaves biscuits, jam and coffee capsules as a welcome gesture. For dining out, several restaurants including Haveli (Indian Halal), Pasta & Pizza, Pizzeria d'asporto Toto Sapore, La Corte Del Gusto, and Quaranta100 are all within about 0.5 km. The apartment has a dining table for meals prepared in the kitchen.

Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00; late requests cannot be guaranteed. The host often welcomes guests at the entrance, providing keys and local tips. A washing machine, iron, and hair dryer are available for guest use. The property has no lift, so the first-floor apartment requires stairs. The courtyard parking is secure and behind a locked gate. The area is peaceful, and the apartment is non-smoking throughout.
