CIVICO SETTEE, Rome

The hotel sits within a 15-minute walk of Stadio Olimpico and Auditorium Parco della Musica (1 km), and is a short walk from the Foro Italico sports complex. The Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo are both within 5 km. Rome Ciampino Airport is 19 km away. The immediate area is well served by local bars and restaurants, with Bar Due Fontane and Gelateria Concerto I Caruso just 300 metres away, and Osteria Mamma Mia and Cuccurucu both 0.5 km away. The neighbourhood is quiet but not central for standard sightseeing - the nearest metro is a bus or tram ride away, making the location most practical for those with events in the area.

The double room includes a flat-screen TV, minibar (shared in corridor), tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, wardrobe, and a private entrance. Single rooms are similarly equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and heating. Some rooms are situated on a semi-basement level with street-level windows, which can let in noise and odours from outside, and may restrict natural ventilation. Rooms are basic and compact - suitable for short stays where space is less critical. The bathroom design varies but generally features a small shower; certain units lack a bidet. Pillows are on the firmer side. Bed comfort is reported as good.

The property organises free pub crawls and walking tours for guests wanting to explore the city's social scene. An ice-skating rink is also in the vicinity. These activities add informal leisure options outside the room, particularly for those interested in local nightlife or low-cost group exploration.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra charge, and express check-in/check-out is available. The self check-in process uses video instructions sent by the host, and remote support is provided via phone or WhatsApp. A safety deposit box is free to use. Security features include CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. The lift provides floor access. Certain services such as minibar items are shared corridor stock. Parking is not available on site. Pets are not permitted.
