The apartments sit in the core of Madrid's historic centre, with Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor each 500 metres away - both reachable within a 5-minute walk. The Tirso de Molina metro station is directly opposite, and Atocha railway station is close by. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 14 km away, reachable via metro or taxi (no shuttle). The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets such as Carrefour, Dia, and Lidl within metres. The area is lively, especially on weekends, and some apartments face busy streets, so requesting a rear-facing unit can improve sleep quality.

Units vary in size and layout - studios offer a combined living-sleeping area, while one- and two-bedroom apartments provide separate bedrooms and living rooms. All include a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and cookware, plus a dining area and washing machine. Bathrooms feature a bath or shower and hairdryer. Some apartments have balconies and Juliet balconies, though not all do. Soundproofing is effective in many units, especially when balcony doors are closed, but road-facing apartments can be noisy at night. Bed setups are flexible: twin beds can be pushed together or separated (request at booking). Cots are available free of charge. The lift is small but present. Some apartments on lower floors or facing interior courtyards have limited natural light.

The on-site fitness centre is open Monday to Friday 07:00-22:30 and Saturday-Sunday 08:00-21:00. A €2 per session fee applies, payable at reception. There is no pool or spa. For leisure beyond the apartment, the central location places you metres from Madrid's main attractions, shops, and nightlife.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout all apartments. Daily housekeeping is complimentary and includes towel changes and bed making on request. Laundry and trouser press are available for an additional charge. The 24-hour reception at the key collection point handles concierge, tour desk, and key card access. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out. Parking is off-site, costs €25 per day, and requires a reservation - the key must be collected and returned to reception each time. No pets, no smoking throughout.
