Rooms vary in setup: some include a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, while others share a bathroom with multiple families and workers. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, and a desk. Bedding is comfortable, but certain rooms lack nightstands and lamps, making bedside storage inconvenient. Soundproofing is minimal-noise from children, construction, and household activity carries, particularly in rooms near the front door. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and cookware. The overall decor is described as sparse and sterile, with plain white walls. Guests preferring a quieter environment should choose a room on the second floor and away from common areas.

The provided breakfast consists of instant noodles, cereal, instant coffee, powdered milk, and tea. Fresh milk and hot breakfast dishes are not offered. The shared refrigerator used for guest food can be unclean, and kitchen towels may not be provided. For a more substantial or reliable meal, several restaurants and cafes are within a 5- to 10-minute walk, including Harvey's, Swiss Chalet, and Caffe Demetre.
