COZY PRIVATE RM HEART OF NORTH YORK FREE PARKING FULL KITCHEN CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN, Toronto

The property is in a residential area of North York, about 10 minutes by car from Casa Loma (5 km) and 7 km from downtown attractions such as the Royal Ontario Museum, University of Toronto, and Yonge-Dundas Square. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is 10 km away. For getting around, the bus stop is only a couple of minutes away and the subway is roughly a 10-minute walk, making car-free access to downtown Toronto practical. Several restaurants - Rainbow Sushi, Europe Bar and Restaurant, Bubby's Bagels, and The Chicken Nest Ltd - are all within 0.5 km. An ice-skating rink and winter sports facilities are nearby. Free on-site parking is available but must be reserved in advance.

The two available rooms (202 and 203) share one bathroom, and the kitchen is shared with room 201 (which is not rented). The room itself includes a double bed, a seating area, a wardrobe, and an electric kettle. The shared kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, and kitchenware. Free toiletries, a bath, shower, and hairdryer are provided in the shared bathroom. Some rooms may not have a window - check at the time of booking if natural light is important. Noise can carry due to thin walls, and the building's entry and stairs may not feel as clean as the room itself. For longer stays, the monthly rental option (28+ nights) offers a 25% discount.

Since there is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service, guests can prepare their own meals using the shared kitchen, which includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and cookware. Several dining options are nearby: Rainbow Sushi, Europe Bar and Restaurant, Bubby's Bagels, and The Chicken Nest Ltd - all within 500 metres on foot, so takeout or a quick meal is easy to arrange.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no charge. Free private parking is provided on site, but a reservation is needed. Street parking is also available. For safety, the property has CCTV outside, smoke alarms, and key access to rooms. An invoice can be provided for business stays. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00; check-in instructions are sent on the day of arrival. Late arrivals after midnight are allowed only if quiet hours (11pm-6am) are maintained. The shared bathroom setup means two rooms share one washroom unless the other room is unoccupied. A private bathroom can be arranged for an additional fee.
