GLOBAL LUXURY SUITES AT MONTE CARLO, Miami Beach

The property is located on the beachfront, approximately 8 km north of South Beach, with direct access to the sand and a oceanside promenade. Castro Street, with many dining options, is a 10-minute walk away. Three shopping centers are within a 2 km radius, the closest being a 9-minute walk. The building's rear exit provides immediate access to the beach and the Miami Beach boardwalk. The free Miami Beach trolley stops almost right in front of the building, offering frequent service to the rest of the city. This location combines beach relaxation with walkable access to groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

Each apartment is a one-bedroom unit with a separate living room featuring a sofa bed, a private bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware. Units also include a washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Most apartments have a private balcony; some offer commanding ocean or city skyline views. All bathrooms have a bath fan instead of a window. Some units feature a terrace. An extra bed can be added for US$100/night upon request. While many apartments are spacious and clean, some have been noted to have signs of wear and outdated furniture. The sofa bed is reported to be thin and unsuitable for adults.

The property does not have its own restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. For meals, guests can walk to several nearby eateries, including Varanda's Brasil Restaurant, Gino's Bottega Italiana, Parrilla Liberty, and New York Bagel Deli, all about 0.5 km away. The pool and beach areas do not have bar service, though a beachfront hotel next door serves food and drinks that can be delivered to beach loungers. The full kitchen in each apartment provides a convenient option for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals using groceries from nearby stores.

Guests have access to two outdoor swimming pools, one on the 5th floor and a rooftop infinity pool with ocean views, both open year-round. A hot tub with ocean views is located near the pool area. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided at both pools and on the property's private beach area. The fitness centre is equipped and included in the stay. There is no spa or wellness centre on site. A garden, sun terrace, and shared lounge/TV area offer additional spaces for relaxation. Beach service includes complimentary chairs and umbrellas on the sand.
