BAYVIEW REGENCY APARTMENTS BY LOWKL, Fort Lauderdale

The property is situated 20 km from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 6 km from Pompano Beach Amphitheater and Pier. The immediate area has a lively restaurant strip including Ambry Restaurant, LOKOS TAKOS Taqueria, and Mrs Murphys Pub & Grubb, all within a 3-minute walk. The adjacent Commercial Boulevard creates steady traffic noise in some units, but the location is walkable for beach access and daily errands. Parking on site is free and easily available, making a car practical despite the beach being within walking distance.

Units range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom configurations, each with a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker), and a washing machine. Bedding options vary: sofa beds are full-size, and beds are a mix of queen and king sizes. Each apartment includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free toiletries, and either garden or pool views. Some furniture is older or shows wear, and metal-framed beds can be noisy. Road noise from Commercial Boulevard is audible in units facing that side. The apartments are spacious for groups, but the setup is more functional than modern.

Each apartment has a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware, plus a dining area. Basic cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils) are provided, though some units may lack items like baking trays or measuring cups. Eight restaurants and a bakery are within 0.5 km, including Thai Moon by the Sea, Black Pearl Tavern, and Edelweiss European Bakery. The location offers ample choice for meals without requiring a car. The property does not have its own restaurant or bar.

The property features two outdoor pools open all year. One pool has a shallow end, making it suitable for children, and both are surrounded by a fence for safety. Sun loungers and beach chairs are available, and the pools are cleaned daily. A picnic area with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture extends the leisure options. Heated pool water is noted as a pleasant feature during cooler months. The pool area can become lively with noise from other tenants in the evening.
