HT ROMEFORALL, Rome

The property holds an excellent location score of 9.2, placing you within walking distance of most major attractions and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants - from budget to upscale - all within a few hundred metres. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies. The area feels safe at night, partly because a police station is next door. Termini Station is a 7-minute walk, giving you direct metro, train and long-distance bus access, making the apartment well suited for sightseeing, day trips or train travel. The street itself can be busy, but the apartment is set back in an inner patio, so interior noise is limited.

The apartment comprises 1 living room with a sofa, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The bedroom has two beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, tea and coffee maker, and cookware, allowing full self-catering. Air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services are provided. The property has a homely feel and suits those who want independent city accommodation. Thanks to the inner patio position, the apartment is quiet despite its central location. The beds and the overall space are well regarded by those using it as a base for sightseeing.

There is no restaurant or bar on site, so all meals are either self-catered in the apartment's well-equipped kitchen or taken at nearby eateries. The immediate area is dense with dining options of all budgets, including Gran Caffe Farini, Ristorante Amadeo and Ristorante Santi, all about 0.5 km away. The kitchen is ideal for preparing breakfast or light meals, especially for those on a budget or with dietary needs. A supermarket is also close by for groceries.
