HOUSE FENICIA, Rome

The hotel is situated in the heart of Rome, less than 1 km from Santa Maria Maggiore. Termini Station provides direct metro and train access across the city and to both airports, making this an ideal base for travellers arriving by rail. The surrounding area is filled with numerous restaurants, cafés, and two large supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Most major attractions, including the Colosseum and Roman Forum, are within walking distance or a short metro ride. The neighbourhood is safe to walk at night, and a laundry is located adjacent to the hotel for convenience. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away.

The hotel offers single, double, and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms featuring a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Each room includes a minibar, work desk, sofa, dining area, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Certain rooms open onto a balcony with city views. The property is housed in a 19th-century building that provides essential, functional comfort: comfortable beds, clean rooms, and functioning air conditioning. Some rooms are described as compact but well-equipped, with large flat-screen TVs and power sockets by the bedside.

The hotel does not offer breakfast on-site. The surrounding Termini area provides a wide variety of dining options, with at least eight restaurants and cafés located within 300 metres. Options include Italian, Asian, and international cuisine at venues such as Ristorante Donati, Hokkaido, and Bar Fondi. Guests can easily find coffee, pastries, or a full meal on foot from the hotel.
