Secure private parking is provided for each cottage, and trailer storage is available on site at no extra cost.

Cottages vary in size and character. The Main House is a split-level 2-bedroom with two queen beds, a bunk bed, private patio, and barbecue. The Captain's Cottage sleeps up to 4 with a king bed, futon, and outside tiki shower. Sailfish Cottage has a private attached tiki hut with 4 shower heads and bay frontage. Keys Cottage features a pirate theme with an elevated queen bed, single bed, and pull-out couch. Hideout Cottage is a dog-friendly option with a full-size and single bed. The Jungle room offers a brand new grill and a private fenced yard. All cottages include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in shower. Some units have a fireplace. Rooms are comfortable but not modern; pictures accurately reflect the decor. Good-quality mattresses and plenty of towels are standard.

There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service. Each cottage provides a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils. Some cottages have an oven. Guests can use free barbecue grills located outside the cottage or at the waterside tiki hut. A grocery store is within walking distance, and fresh fish can be purchased nearby. Several restaurants and bars are within 0.5 km, including Snook's Bayside Grand Tiki, Maki Sushi Thai, and Bayside Grille & Sunset Bar. Paddle access to waterfront dining and happy hour spots is a notable advantage.

All water toys are included at no extra charge: 22' Catalinas for qualified sailors (stays of 3+ nights), kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, rowing dories, and Sunfish. Snorkeling equipment is available for all ages, and the waters under the docks are clear with parrotfish, grouper, starfish, and corals.
