Key Lime Sailing Club and Cottages offers cottages with air conditioning. The Main House is a split-level house with 2 bedrooms, a private patio, a barbecue, 2 dining areas, and a living room. The master bedroom features 2 queen size beds, a large closet, and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a large closet. The Captain's Cottage is a one-bedroom suite with a king size bed, a futon bed, a compact refrigerator, a range, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a TV. The Sailfish Cottage has its own attached tiki hut. The Keys Cottage features a queen size bed, a single bed, and a pull-out couch, along with a kitchenette. The Dolphin Cottage has a screened-in patio. The Hideout Cottage has a full-size bed and a single bed, a kitchenette, and a shared outdoor dining space.

Guests can use free bicycles to explore Key Largo, which features cycling trails and parks. The property provides free kayaks, snorkeling equipment, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards. Fishing gear is available for fishing off the docks, and barbecue grills are available for cooking. Guests can book sailing excursions on the bay, as well as snorkeling trips, through Morning Star Sailing Charters. The American Sailing Academy, overseen by Captain G., offers sailing lessons, including a 2-hour Introduction to Sailing and ASA certified classes.
