MARMARA HOTEL APARTMENTS, Dubai

The hotel is situated near Mall of the Emirates (within walking distance) and close to Dubai Marina and JBR. A free shuttle bus runs to the mall and Jumeirah Beach, with departures roughly once an hour. The nearest metro station is a longer walk, making the shuttle or taxis the more practical option for many guests. The street can feel dark after 9-10 pm, and there is ongoing construction in the area, which may create morning noise. Parking is available on site, though spaces can be tight.

Breakfast is offered as a paid continental buffet; it is basic and not included in the standard room rate. The hotel has a small cafe downstairs where you can order food for delivery to your room, and there is also a restaurant. Given the limited breakfast offering and the presence of a full kitchen in each apartment, many families prefer to self-cater for breakfast. Several quick-service restaurants (McDonald's, Papa John's, Freedom Pizza) are within 0.5 km, and sit-down options such as Spice and Mota Fish Restaurant are 0.5 km away.

The hotel features a rooftop swimming pool with sun loungers and towel service, open until 19:00. A small gym is available for workouts. The free shuttle bus to Jumeirah Beach makes it easy to access the coastline, and beach towels and umbrellas can be taken along. There is no separate children's pool or extensive leisure programming on site.

Free shuttle buses run to Mall of the Emirates and Jumeirah Beach, though they operate only once per hour and can run late. Wi-Fi is free but uses a scratch-card login system that resets daily; connection speed is often slow across the property. A business centre is available (computer usage may incur a fee). The 24-hour reception can arrange cots, babysitting, and luggage storage. In-room laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are provided. Parking is free and usually available, but spaces are narrow. Housekeeping is daily, but guests needing room servicing must request it at reception.
