The accommodation consists of private apartments or individual rooms within shared flats. The largest private apartment has 3 separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a private bathroom - ideal for families or groups. Each unit includes parquet floors, soundproof walls, a seating area, an electric kettle, and kitchenware. Some rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, while others use a shared bathroom. Beds are described as comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The apartment on the top floor offers a mansard-style window and views. Coffee machines with beans are provided in the kitchens. The property shows some signs of wear - the building is older and some fixtures are dated - but the location and space compensate.
