OYO STYLE APARTMENTS PUERTO, Valencia

The apartment sits on a main road with bus stops right outside, giving direct access to the old town and the Calatrava museum complex in about 15 minutes. The City of Arts and Sciences, L'Oceanografic, and the Turia park promenade are within walking distance or a quick bus trip. Free street parking is often available, especially on weekends, and a metro line from the railway station is a straight ride away. Two large supermarkets, a fruit shop, a pharmacy, and a hospital (Casa de Salud) are nearby. Several bars and restaurants-Tamesis, Lizarran, Cerveceria Tapis, and El Cafe de Camilo-are all within 0.5 km, offering casual dining options. The beach is also reachable on foot or by a short bus ride.

These apartments are roomy enough for families of 4-5, though some units are compact for the maximum occupancy. The main bedroom often has a very comfortable double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed that is best suited for one adult or children. Kitchens include an oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, and basic cookware, but larger cooking utensils are limited. Apartments have a bathroom with a shower - some with a screen, others with a curtain - and all have a hairdryer. Storage is adequate with a large wardrobe. Noise from the main road and neighbours can be an issue; closing the bedroom door helps significantly. Attic apartments have limited natural light and no balcony. Air conditioning is only in the living room, which can be insufficient for the bedroom in summer heat.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, and washing machine, making it practical for self-catering. Two large supermarkets are a short walk away for groceries. No breakfast is served on-site, but several cafés and bars within 0.5 km - including Tamesis, Lizarran, and El Cafe de Camilo - serve breakfast and light meals. The surrounding area also offers tapas bars and casual restaurants for lunch and dinner.
