The bus runs to EUR Fermi Metro station, giving rail connections to Termini and the city centre in roughly 40 minutes. Several pizzerias, a steakhouse and a bar can be found within 500m. The surroundings mix industrial and residential zones; at night the area under the highway bridge is poorly lit, so returning on foot after dark requires caution. The property is best suited to those arriving by car.

Room types include single, double and twin/double configurations, plus a suite with a separate living room and a kitchen equipped with hob, oven and fridge. All units feature a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, heating, tea and coffee maker, and free toiletries and bathrobes. The suite also offers a private pool and hot tub.
