HOTEL MISSION SPACE 360, Cancun

The hotel is situated above the restaurant La Casa de los Abuelos, on a street with several dining options within a 5-minute walk, including La Boca Parrilla Argentina and Los de la Mexico. Walmart, McDonald's, and supermarkets such as Chedraui and Costco are nearby, making self-catering easy. A local bus stop is a 2-minute walk, and popular parks like Parque las Palapas are reachable on foot in about 10-15 minutes. The location works well for travellers with a car, as free private parking is available inside the building. Without a car, the bus provides good access to the hotel zone and the airport. The area is generally safe, though the building entrance has low lighting at night.

The hotel offers Deluxe rooms (2 rooms, with city views and soundproofing) and Basic rooms (17 rooms, soundproofed but without views). Some rooms contain a mini fridge, while others do not; only the master suites have a mini fridge. All rooms have private bathrooms - none have a bathtub, but some may have a bathtub for an extra fee. Rooms are generally described as clean and comfortable for the price, with comfortable beds. Several rooms lack windows, which keeps them dark for sleeping but can feel stuffy. Rooms are spacious enough for couples or solo travellers, though some find them compact. City views are available only in the Deluxe rooms.

Breakfast is available for purchase at La Casa de los Abuelos at competitive prices. The restaurant also serves dinner, making it a convenient option without leaving the building. The food is described as very good and affordable. For additional variety, several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including La Boca Parrilla Argentina, Los de la Mexico, Eat Green, and Oriental City. A McDonald's and a Walmart are also nearby for quick meals or groceries.

The fitness centre is free to use but is very basic, without dumbbells or free weights. There is no pool on-site. A sun terrace and a lush garden are available for relaxing. The building also features a chapel or shrine. A children's playground is available, making the hotel moderately suitable for families, though family rooms with connecting doors are not available - the hotel can place rooms nearby.

Services include express check-in/check-out, car hire, and paid shuttle service (arranged directly with the host). Luggage storage is possible; contact the host to arrange. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, a safety deposit box, and smoke alarms. A lift is available, though it occasionally stops working. The hotel provides strollers for families. Pets are allowed on request for an extra charge. Payment is by card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) or through a payment link sent by the host.
