SUNRISE INN BY LAVISH HUB, Abu Dhabi

The property is in a central residential area, a 15-minute walk from the Abu Dhabi Corniche and close to the main Etisalat tower landmark. Bus stops in multiple directions are within a few minutes' walk; from the airport, take bus A2 to the city then transfer to bus 32 or 40 to reach the area (buses run until midnight, taxis are available 24/7). A large supermarket and several cheap restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is available on nearby streets for AED 2 per hour, but those using a car may need to search for a spot; the area is better suited to public transport or walking.

Rooms are compact, each with a single bed, a wardrobe, a table and chair, and air conditioning (centrally controlled with no local on/off switch). Each room has a key lock and includes free toiletries, towel, toothbrush set, and a bottle of water. Soundproofing is limited; internal plasterboard walls and doors mean noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor is audible - light sleepers should note this. Upper-floor rooms are quieter than those above the parking lot. Shared bathrooms (three for about ten rooms) have a shower, sink, and toilet; cleanliness and availability are generally good, though some upkeep issues are reported.

No breakfast, restaurant, or cafe is provided. The shared kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, basic utensils, and free instant coffee, sugar, and dried milk. This setup allows guests to prepare simple meals and store groceries. Several inexpensive restaurants, including Burgerchi Restaurant, Kulfilicious, and Foodlands Restaurant, are within a 5-10 minute walk.

Wi-Fi is free across the property with speeds up to 500 Mbps, suitable for streaming and remote work. Daily housekeeping is included. Luggage storage is free on the day of check-in/check-out, allowing early arrivals or late departures to explore unencumbered. A free washing machine with detergent and an ironing board are available. Contactless check-in is standard; staff communicate via WhatsApp to provide directions (the building has no external sign) and are present on-site to assist. Late or early check-in is accommodated by prior arrangement.
