The main bus station is one stop away, giving access to routes across Abu Dhabi and onwards to Dubai. The Abu Dhabi Corniche is 5 km away, and Marina Mall can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Several restaurants, supermarkets, and a bakery are within a 5-minute walk, including Indian, Middle Eastern, and Korean eateries.

All units are air-conditioned and soundproofed, with warm-coloured décor and carpeted floors. The kitchenette includes a hot plate, microwave, electric kettle, and a washing machine - practical for longer stays. Executive suites offer a separate living room and a bedroom with a bathtub. Beds are generally comfortable, though some studio configurations use two single mattresses pushed together. Rooms facing the main road may experience traffic noise, while those facing the mosque hear the early morning prayer call. No rooms have a balcony. Designated smoking and non-smoking floors are available, but the smell of smoke can sometimes permeate non-smoking areas.
