The Esplanade Guesthouse Mansion offers rooms with a patio or balcony, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The newly renovated Residential Studio Suites overlook a fountain in the courtyard. Some suites feature floor-length windows, a hidden wet bar, a king-sized bedroom, and a marble Jacuzzi bathroom. Other rooms feature one queen bed, antique furnishings, and sitting areas. The Napoleonic Queen room is the largest room, located in the Napoleon Carriage House, and includes a queen bed and antique furnishings. Some rooms also include Carrera marble bathrooms with a Jacuzzi or standing shower. Each room has 350-thread-count linens. Select rooms feature French windows, leading to verandas overlooking the garden.

The Melrose Mansion offers a complimentary hot light continental breakfast. Breakfast options include Abita Roasting Co. Coffee, assorted teas, orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, muffins, croissants, danishes, English muffins, cinnamon toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, jelly, cream cheese, and butter. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the breakfast area with a 70' LCD TV or outdoors by the pool or on the covered porch. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and spirits are available at the Mansion.

The Melrose Mansion features a pool with contemporary chaise lounges surrounded by Boxwoods and Holly Trees. The fitness center is open 24 hours and includes a Hoist(TM) Cable Machine, a Hoist(TM) Lateral Raise Machine, free weights, an elliptical trainer, resistance bands, ab mats, yoga mats, and a Pilates ball.

The Esplanade Guesthouse Mansion is located in Treme, near jazz clubs, soul food spots, and cultural centers. It is on the edge of the French Quarter.
