CANADAS BEST VALUE INN NIAGARA FALLS, Niagara Falls

The property sits on Lundy's Lane, approximately a 20-minute bus ride from the main tourist area and the falls. The WEGO transit stop is immediately outside the motel, providing a practical way to reach Clifton Hill, the casino, and other attractions without a car. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Falls Manor Motel & Dining and Syndicate Restaurant & Brewery. The surrounding area includes grocery stores and other conveniences. The immediate neighbourhood can be noisy late at night, particularly from people gathering in the parking lot.

Accommodation is motel-style with exterior corridors. Rooms feature carpeted floors, a work desk, and essential furniture. The standard amenities include a microwave, a small refrigerator (which may have a limited cooling range), and a flat-screen TV. Bedding and towels have been noted as inconsistent in freshness, so an immediate inspection upon arrival is recommended. Air conditioning is generally effective, though some units may lack a proper controller. Road-facing rooms and the parking lot area can be noisy, particularly on weekends. The property shows signs of wear with dated decor.

The property features an outdoor pool that is typically open during the warmer months. The pool area is located in the middle of the parking lot, which can affect the available parking space. Condition and water quality of the pool have varied, so it is best to check with the front desk upon arrival.
