The apartment sits near the Navigli area, known for its canals, restaurants and bars. The nearest metro station is Vetra on the blue line, which connects to San Babila and then a one-stop red line ride to the Duomo. Trams run to Milan Cathedral in about 10 minutes, and central sights are within a 20-25 minute walk. The area feels safe and lively, with restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Despite the central position and proximity to a busy street, the apartment faces a quiet courtyard.

The apartment combines a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. There are two queen-size beds-one in the bedroom and one in the living room-making it suitable for up to four adults. The private bathroom includes a shower, free toiletries, and a bidet. The kitchen is fully fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, dining table, and tea and coffee facilities. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, flat-screen TV, and parquet flooring. The property overlooks the garden, and the courtyard-facing position keeps the interior quiet. Guests have noted the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and furnished with quality appliances.

Dining options immediately nearby include Gipsy Restaurant, Il Monello, Macelleria Popolare, Jinzuan, and California Bakery, all within 0.5 km. A short walk also leads to Trattoria Milanese, Bar Ti Ci Porto, and GUD. The Navigli area features many additional bars and restaurants, making it easy to eat out without needing transport.

The apartment does not include a pool, spa, or gym. The main leisure value comes from its location in the vibrant Navigli area, known for canal-side walks, restaurants, and bars. The apartment's own courtyard garden offers a quiet outdoor space. Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine/dryer add practical comfort for longer stays.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. Self check-in is digital via phone, with no staff to meet you. Luggage can be dropped between noon and 14:00 if arranged with the cleaning lady at least a few days in advance. A washer and dryer with detergent are provided.
