ARENA 35 - LEIA HOSPITALITY, Milan

The city-centre location puts you within a few minutes' walk of Darsena and the lively Navigli canal area, lined with restaurants, bars, and gelaterias. Duomo Square is a 20-25 minute walk or a short tram ride (lines 2 or 14, stop 3 minutes away). Milano Centrale station is accessible via metro line M2 from Sant'Agostino station (4-minute walk). The neighbourhood has excellent walkability for exploring both the historic centre and the canals, but note that nearby grocery options can be limited on weekends.

The 80 m2 apartment features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, suitable for a third person. The kitchen is well equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary cookware. Additional amenities include air conditioning (working well in both rooms), heating, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, dryer, and a tea and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and free toiletries. The apartment is noted for being much larger than typical Milan flats, with ample storage for clothes and luggage. The parquet flooring and modern decor create a clean, comfortable atmosphere.

The kitchen is stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic cookware, ideal for preparing meals. The apartment does not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but the area directly across the canal has a wide selection of dining options - from casual cafes to evening restaurants. For a quick bite, Gelateria Meneghina Srl is a 3-minute walk away. Restaurants and bars in the Navigli district are especially vibrant in the evening.

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is included at no extra charge. The building has a lift and the apartment has a private entrance. Additional facilities include a shared lounge/TV area and a shared kitchen (separate from the in-room kitchen). Express check-in/check-out and a VIP check-in option are available.
