LOVELYLOFT - ALZAIA NAVIGLIO, Milan

The apartment is located in a historic building in the lively Navigli area, known for its canals, bars, and restaurants. The Duomo is a 20-minute walk or a short bike ride away. The nearest metro station (Porta Genova) is a three-minute walk, providing easy access to the rest of the city. The area is lively yet the apartment sits in a quiet inner courtyard, so street noise is limited. Milan Linate Airport is 10 km away; a taxi costs about €25.

The property offers one-bedroom units with either 1 bed or 4 beds (separate bedroom plus living room). Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower or bathtub, a well-fitted kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, flat-screen TV, and a tea and coffee maker. The rooms have parquet floors and a seating area. The unit sizes can be spacious, accommodating up to 6 people in some configurations. Note that maintenance and cleanliness have been inconsistent; some units have been described as worn, with issues like non-working sockets and a lumpy mattress. No rooms have a balcony.

There is no restaurant at the property. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and tea and coffee maker, suitable for preparing simple meals. The surrounding Navigli area has numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes within a short walk, including options like Temakinho Milan Navigli, Osteria del Gnocco Fritto, and many others. Breakfast is not served; guests should stock their own supplies or eat out.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is free of charge. Express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out are provided. A paid airport shuttle service is available; request it after booking. A key box is used for self check-in. The lift is present but requires a key, so during check-in luggage may need to be carried up two flights of stairs. No luggage storage is available after check-out. The property offers invoice provision. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and cash. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges.
