MAGNO APARTMENTS RIVERO, Seville

All major attractions, including the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Santa Cruz neighbourhood, are within walking distance. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Flamenco Theatre, with dozens of tapas bars and shops on the doorstep. For those driving, public parking is available 500 meters away, but the area is best explored on foot. The location offers both direct access to the historic centre and a remarkably peaceful environment for sleeping.

The apartment has 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which is ensuite. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and a washing machine. There is no dryer, so laundry must be air-dried. Each bedroom and the living room have individual air conditioning units. Beds are comfortable and rooms are large, making it a practical choice for groups of up to 6. The private patio has a large round table, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation. While the decor is modern and functional rather than charming, the apartment is clean, well-maintained, and provides all essentials for a self-catered stay.

The well-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals. A popular brunch café is located in the same building, offering a convenient restaurant-quality breakfast and lunch option. Several highly rated tapas bars, such as Perro Viejo Tapas and Ochoa, are within a 5-minute walk. For those wanting to explore the local food scene, the central location provides easy access to a wide range of dining choices, from traditional tapas to modern cuisine.

The property offers free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a washing machine, and a private entrance. Check-in is fully automated via a code, making late arrivals straightforward. The host is responsive via text or WhatsApp, and early bag drop can be arranged. Luggage storage is available through external services. There is no lift and the building is not wheelchair accessible. Cots can be provided on request.
