ISG APARTMENTS MEZQUITA 5, Seville

The apartments place you at the core of Seville's historic quarter, with the Royal Alcázar 500 metres away and Plaza de España 1 km distant. Seville Airport is 11 km from the property, and the main train station is reachable in about 10 minutes by bus or 15 minutes on foot. The surrounding quiet street is lined with tapas bars and restaurants (Modesto, El 3 de Oro, El Rincon de Murillo) all within 0.5 km. Despite the central location, the narrow alley setting keeps street noise low at night, making it practical for both daytime exploration and restful evenings.

The apartments are split across four floors (one unit per floor). All feature soundproofed rooms, tiled floors, a seating area with flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a dining area. Each kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and cookware. Bed configurations vary: some units have a double bed, others have two single beds arranged together. Most units are compact but well-suited for couples or solo travelers. The basement-level apartments (unit 41) have no natural light in the bedroom and may experience drainage odors, pipe noise, and occasional dampness - selecting a higher-floor unit avoids these issues.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and cookware, allowing you to prepare simple meals. The immediate area is dense with traditional tapas bars and restaurants - Modesto, El 3 de Oro, Bar las Teresas, El Rincon de Murillo, La Albahaca, Taberna La Sal, and Mama Bistro are all within a 5-minute walk. The host provides a curated list of local dining recommendations, helping you find quality options close by. For groceries, markets are also within easy walking distance.

The apartments do not have a pool, spa, or gym. However, the central location places you within a short walk of Maria Luisa Park (17 minutes) and the entire historic centre. The terrace or patio in each unit offers a private outdoor space for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

All apartments offer free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. The paid shuttle service costs €40 each way for a private taxi (up to 4 people). Express check-in and check-out are available at no additional cost; entry is via a digital code sent in advance. Luggage storage is not available on site, but alternative storage services (e.g., Lock and Enjoy) operate within a 5-minute walk. There is no on-site parking, but a public parking facility (Parking Cano y Cueto) is located a few minutes away. Cots/cribs can be provided upon request.
