PARIS MARAIS BEAUBOURG AREA, Paris

The property is in the centre of the Marais, a lively area filled with bars, restaurants, shops, and bakeries. Centre Pompidou is a few steps away, and you can walk to the Louvre in 14 minutes, to Sainte-Chapelle in less than a kilometre, and to Opéra Bastille in 17 minutes. Luxembourg Gardens is 2 km away. The nearest metro station is Rambuteau (a few minutes' walk), and Châtelet-Les Halles RER station is 400 metres from the building, providing direct access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. The neighbourhood is very walkable for sightseeing, but some streets around the building can be noisy late at night due to bars and the club.

Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine), and a washing machine, with selected units also including a tumble dryer and a private terrace. The living area contains a sofa bed. Space varies: some units are described as spacious and bright with high ceilings and large windows, while others are very compact - once the sofa bed is unfolded, floor space becomes extremely limited. Several apartments face the street or a courtyard; some are above a nightclub, generating significant noise until 5-6 am on weekends. Windows in some units do not open fully or have limited ventilation, so air circulation depends on a fan. Lighting can be dim in some units. The building has no lift, and stairs are uneven and steep.

The property does not have its own restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. As a gesture, some stays include a voucher for breakfast at a neighbouring café serving croissants and coffee. The surrounding Marais streets are dense with bakeries, patisseries, restaurants, and supermarkets - including a Carrefour near Centre Pompidou - making self-catering or buying fresh breakfast easy. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.

Nearby leisure activities include an ice-skating rink and boating, giving guests alternative ways to spend free time. The apartment building itself has no wellness or sports facilities.

Free WiFi is available throughout. The 24-hour front desk can assist with queries, and luggage storage is provided (useful for early arrivals or late departures). Check-in is self-service via a key box, with instructions sent before arrival. The building's main entrance uses a code. Housekeeping is limited to basic pre-arrival cleaning; the property is not serviced daily. Cots are available on request. No parking is provided. The property accepts American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and MasterCard.
