Two metro stations - Jacques Bonsergent (line 5) and République - are within a few minutes' walk, providing direct routes to CDG airport and all major Paris sights. Place de la République is a 15-minute stroll, the Pompidou Centre is 2 km away, and the Louvre is 3 km away. Many attractions are within an easy 20-30 minute walk, and for those heading farther out, the Eiffel Tower is about 30 minutes by metro. The location is well-suited for solo travellers, couples, and anyone relying on public transport rather than a car.

The property offers single, double, and twin rooms, all with soundproof walls, air conditioning, private bathrooms (some with walk-in showers, others with opaque glass sliding doors), a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, wardrobe, safe, and hairdryer. Rooms are on the small side - particularly the single and top-floor attic rooms - but are clean and well-arranged for short stays. Some rooms have a sofa. Daily housekeeping is provided.
