SUMMER TINY HOUSE, West Palm Beach

The property sits in a quiet, semi-rural setting 30-40 minutes from the beach and about 20 minutes from Wellington's equestrian village. Gulfstream Mall (21 km) and Palm Beach Kennel Club (22 km) are within a short drive. Free private parking on-site (reservation required) and free bicycle rental make a car or bike the practical way to get around. The location is most suited to travellers who want a peaceful, nature-oriented base with easy road access to West Palm Beach's attractions.

The tiny house contains 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with a sofa, accommodating up to 4 people on 3 beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and the unique waterless compost toilet. The well-fitted kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a tea/coffee maker. The space is compact-at 19 m², suitcases may need to be opened one at a time-but the layout feels efficient and comfortable. The private entrance and patio with garden furniture offer a relaxing spot for morning coffee or evening wine.

The outdoor area is a highlight with a private garden, an outdoor fireplace for cool evenings, and a picnic table and outdoor furniture. For relaxation, a sauna is available at an extra cost. Free bicycle rental is included, making it easy to explore the surrounding quiet roads and nature.

Practical services include invoice provision and free bicycle rental. Parking is free but requires an advance reservation; an electric vehicle charging station is also available. Wi-Fi is free and accessible throughout the property. The on-site coffee house adds a convenient touch. Pets can be brought for a $100 fee (request needed). The property is non-smoking throughout. Safety is covered with fire extinguishers.
