A cab is recommended when carrying luggage from the bus stop to the residence, as walking with bags can be difficult. The area is quiet and campus-like, with a major supermarket and several restaurants about 10 minutes on foot. The location is better suited to travellers with a car or those comfortable with a longer transit commute to city attractions.

The suites are clean, spacious, and apartment-style, featuring modern furnishings, carpeted floors, and large windows with blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. Beds are fitted with comfortable, slightly firm mattresses. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and a dining table with two chairs-but lacks utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a stove. Air conditioning and heating are available, though the central AC system has occasionally been reported as inconsistent during peak summer temperatures; requesting a fan at the front desk is possible. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable, free WiFi, and a desk. There is no balcony. Housekeeping follows a cycle: a light tidy on day 4 and a full service on day 7.

The on-site Subway restaurant is open for all three meals, offering American-style cuisine with Halal and vegetarian options.
