Room quality is inconsistent. Some rooms have been renovated with modern furniture, while others remain outdated with chipped furniture, peeling wallpaper, and mould in the bathroom. Air conditioning has been reported to be weak or non-functional in some rooms, and windows may face a construction site. Bathrooms are small, often with a shower over the toilet, causing water to flood the floor. Noise from the street and neighbouring rooms can be an issue, though double windows help in some rooms. The lift only serves the 3rd floor, so rooms on the 4th or 5th floor require carrying luggage up stairs. No safety deposit box, iron, or kettle in rooms. Daily cleaning is provided, but towels and toiletries may not be replenished consistently. For a quieter stay, request a room away from the street and on a lower floor to avoid the stairs.

There are no eggs, meat, fruit, or vegetables. The breakfast hours are 7:30-9:30. For those wanting a more substantial morning meal, the surrounding area offers numerous cafés and restaurants within a short walk. The hotel has a bar/lounge area, but restaurant service is not confirmed beyond breakfast.
