Termini Station is a 15-minute walk or a short bus/metro ride, simplifying airport and high-speed train connections. The immediate area offers several restaurants, pizzerias, and a supermarket. The neighbourhood feels safe and well-connected, though some side streets can be darker at night, which travellers should factor in for late returns.

All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a safe, minibar, wardrobe, tiled floor, and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Room types include double, triple, and quadruple configurations - quadruple rooms have garden access on the ground floor, and some rooms offer a terrace or balcony. Triple and quadruple rooms have all beds in the same space (no separate partitions). Room sizes vary: some are compact, especially single and standard double rooms, while others are more spacious. The property is currently undergoing renovation; recent photos reflect the updated decor.
