The property is centrally located on a quiet street on the edge of the historic centre. Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Barberini metro station are each 5-10 minutes away on foot. The Colosseum is reachable via a direct tram ride from the square. The neighbourhood is safe and well-served by restaurants, cafés, and shops. Transport connections to Termini station and Fiumicino Airport are straightforward via metro or train. The Jewish Ghetto is about 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus, or 25 minutes on foot. For drivers, free street parking (white lines) and paid parking (blue lines) are available nearby, with daily garages within 500 m costing up to €25.

Room types include double, superior, triple, quadruple, and family suites. The quadruple room has four beds in a single space (not separate rooms). Connecting rooms are available. Some rooms feature an external private bathroom - just outside the room with a key - while others have an en-suite. Room sizes are compact, especially the small double category; a few superior rooms are more spacious. All rooms include air conditioning (which can be loud in some cases), heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a wardrobe, and linens. Some rooms have a small refrigerator.
