Located in Marylebone, the hotel sits on a quiet residential street off Baker Street. From Heathrow, take Heathrow Express to Paddington, then the Bakerloo line to Baker Street. From Gatwick, take Thameslink to London Bridge, then the Jubilee line. From Stansted, take the rail service to Tottenham Hale, Victoria line to Oxford Circus, then the Bakerloo line. Baker Street station is also a hub for bus routes, and a Santander Cycle docking station is 150 metres away. Regent's Park, Madame Tussauds, the Sherlock Holmes Museum, and London Business School are all within a 10-minute walk. Oxford Street is about 15 minutes on foot. The zone is well lit and safe at night.

All rooms feature an en-suite shower room with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Beds are either a king-size in a double room or two singles in a twin. There are Premier Double and Twin rooms with contemporary London-style design, and Classic Double and Twin rooms. The Classic Single room is designed for solo travellers. The lift is compact. Some lower-ground-floor rooms have limited daylight and no air conditioning. Air conditioning is not standard in most rooms.

The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant but there are several pubs, cafes, and restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk, including The Allsop Arms, The Volunteer, Dorset Cafe, and Moulin Rouge. The lounge provides complementary tea and coffee throughout the day.

Regent's Park is a short walk away, offering scenic walks, boating, and Queen Mary's Gardens. The London Zoo is located within the park. The Regent's Canal path starts nearby for a waterside stroll. The hotel does not have a fitness centre, but several gyms are in the immediate area. Walking tours can be arranged through the hotel for an additional charge. The hotel's own shared lounge serves as a casual space to relax with free hot drinks.
