During the day, the area is filled with market stalls and street vendors, which can make it difficult for taxis and Ubers to reach the hotel. At night, the streets become quieter; visitors typically plan return trips by taxi or stick to well-lit main roads. The airport is about 25 minutes away by car without traffic. No parking or airport shuttle is available.

The hotel does not have a dining facility, restaurant, or breakfast offering. A coffee vendor operates outside in the morning, and guests can find a variety of casual eateries within 5-10 minutes on foot, including Sor Juana Cafe (0.5 km) and Restaurante Catedral (0.5 km).
