NU HOTEL TORONTO AIRPORT, Mississauga

The hotel is situated directly across from the EZ Park lot and is within a 15-minute walk of Terminal 3. The airport shuttle operates 24/7 on demand, though the phone-based request system has been unreliable. Several quick-service restaurants, including a 24-hour shawarma spot and Subway, are in the same building or directly adjacent. For those with a car, Square One Shopping Centre is 20 km away, and the Hershey Centre is 13 km away. The surrounding area is practical for transit stays but not walkable to downtown Toronto or extensive dining.

Accommodation includes a mix of renovated and older units. Renovated rooms offer a modern feel with new furniture, while others may show signs of wear (scratched nightstands, torn screens). Room sizes vary from compact to spacious, and all units come with a desk, ironing facilities, and parquet floors. The bed type is assigned at check-in based on availability. Noise levels can be an issue: road-facing rooms and those near the elevator hear corridor and airplane noise, which usually subsides by late evening. Rooms do not have balconies. Some units have microwaves and mini-fridges. The bathroom has a shower, and the shower's temperature control has been reported as inconsistent in certain rooms.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. Leisure options nearby include a golf course and mini-golf within 3 km. For relaxation, the shared lounge/TV area provides a space to unwind. This is a transit-oriented hotel with practical, not recreational, facilities.

The hotel provides free WiFi, a business centre, fax/photocopying, and a 24-hour reception with express check-in/out. Luggage storage is available for a fee. A mini-market, vending machines, and safety features (CCTV, key card access, smoke alarms) are present. The property is fully non-smoking, and there is a lift. Valet parking is offered, but standard parking is off-site at a nearby lot (CAD 12 per day, no reservation needed). The shuttle service is free but relies on a phone system that has experienced outages; having a taxi backup is advised. Daily housekeeping is included. The hotel does not accept pets.
