The residence sits in a prime position for exploring Tokyo-Ginza Six is immediately outside, Ginza Core shopping mall is a 3-minute walk, and the upscale boutiques of Ginza's main boulevards are moments away. Ginza Station (400 m) and Shimbashi Station (a 7-minute walk) offer direct metro and JR lines to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Haneda Airport (16 km). Cultural landmarks such as the Advertising Museum and Azuma Inari Shrine are within a 5- to 6-minute walk, and numerous restaurants-including sushi, yakiniku, and bistro options-are found within a 300 m radius.

There is no on-site reception or security personnel, but the remote Section L team responds quickly to email queries and maintenance requests. An invoice is provided for business travellers. Housekeeping is carried out once per week, with advance notice given. Bicycle parking is available, but there is no car parking on-site. The check-in and check-out process is straightforward, all handled through remote communication.
