Parramatta Railway Station is a 4-minute walk, providing direct trains to Sydney CBD (30 minutes) and Sydney Olympic Park. Westfield Parramatta Shopping Mall is 10 minutes away on foot, and the vibrant Harris Park dining precinct-known for its Indian restaurants-is within a 5-minute walk. Wet'n'Wild Sydney is a 15-minute drive, and the M4 motorway is nearby for road travel. The location is convenient for both business and leisure, though the surrounding streets can be busy. The on-site parking (fee) is recommended if arriving by car, as street parking is limited and heavily monitored.

The apartments include a cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a dining area, making it easy to prepare meals. A convenience store is located within the building for basic groceries. For eating out, Harris Park's dining strip is a 5-minute walk, offering a wide variety of Indian and other cuisines. Westfield Parramatta (10 minutes) contains food courts and casual restaurants. There is no breakfast provided, so plan to self-cater or eat out.

The indoor swimming pool is open year-round (07:00-22:00) and is suitable for lap swimming; it is not heated. Adjacent are a hot tub/jacuzzi and a sauna, both free of charge. The gym offers basic cardiovascular and strength equipment. A barbecue area is provided for outdoor cooking, and covered golf facilities are also on site. These amenities are generally functional but may show signs of age and wear. The wellness facilities are a useful bonus for a practical city stay, though those seeking a luxury spa experience will need to look elsewhere.
