Each apartment features a separate living area, flat-screen TV (some Smart), and a private bathroom. Kitchens include a cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher; larger units have a full oven. Laundry facilities are standard. However, the property has notable upkeep concerns: many units show wear such as damaged furniture, stained carpets, broken shower doors, windows that do not close properly, and persistent cleaning issues. Mould, pests, and unpleasant odours affect some units. Beds vary-some are described as comfortable while others are old with squeaky springs. The spacious layouts benefit groups, but those sensitive to dated decor or hygiene standards should consider the condition carefully. Higher-floor rooms offer city views and may be quieter.

The apartments include a cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a dining area, making it easy to prepare meals. A convenience store is located within the building for basic groceries.
