Dubai International Airport (terminals 1 and 3) is approximately 15 minutes away by car, making it a practical choice for transit stays or quick airport access. The area is car-dependent; taxis are readily available and affordable, but the nearest metro is not within easy walking distance. A sewage odour has been noted outside the property at certain times.
