VOTRE MAISON A MILAN, Milan

The location is one of the property's strongest assets. Milano Centrale station - with high-speed rail, metro lines, and tram stops - is under 5 minutes on foot, making the apartment exceptionally convenient for train travellers and short city breaks. The metro connects quickly to the city centre and major sights. Many bars, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops are within a 300-metre radius, so daily errands and dining are very easy without a car. For those arriving by car, a large public underground car park is located 250 m away (fee applies). The nearby Malpensa Express train runs from Milano Centrale to Malpensa airport.

The apartment is a private, self-contained unit - recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and furnished in a contemporary style. It includes a large living area with a comfortable sofa bed (linen provided), a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a big bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric kettle, Nespresso machine (capsules included), toaster, microwave, cookware, and dining table. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a lift. Storage options are generous throughout. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator access. For light sleepers, the apartment is generally quiet, though road-facing units may have some street noise; the building has additional security on the apartment floor.

The apartment does not have a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure facilities. However, Milano Centrale station and metro lines put the entire city within reach. Major sights such as the Duomo, Sforzesco Castle, and the Navigli district are easily accessible by metro or tram. The surrounding neighbourhood itself offers a good selection of bars, cafés, and shops for relaxed exploration.

Internet is free and reliable throughout the apartment. Self check-in is available from 15:00 with no time limit, using a key box - the host sends clear instructions with photos before arrival. Express and private check-in/out are also possible. Check-out is by 10:00; luggage storage is not offered but the host may accommodate special requests. A 24-hour front desk is available, and the host (Giuliano) is responsive via messaging. Security features include 24-hour security, fire extinguishers, key access, and additional security on the apartment floor. Other services: daily housekeeping (additional charge), a minimarket on site, and a barber/beauty shop. Cots are available on request. Parking is not on site, but a large public underground car park is a 250 m walk away.
