The lofts sit in a calm, safe neighbourhood at the northern edge of Milan. The Ca Granda metro station (lineM5, violet) is a 7-10-minute walk and reaches the Duomo in about 30minutes. Milano Centrale station is also reachable by metro in 15minutes. Several bars, a supermarket with parking, and restaurants (including Antica Trattoria Toscana Il Borghetto at 300m) are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Being outside the core tourist zone means the area is noticeably quieter at night, while still offering quick access via metro or a 15-minute drive to central landmarks. For those driving, the dedicated gated parking is a strong advantage in a city where on-street spaces are scarce.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (19cm mattress), accommodating up to 4 people; a superior version sleeps 5. The apartment includes air conditioning, soundproof walls, heating, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and free toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, and cookware. All apartments have a private entrance and garden views. The interiors are modern and well-maintained, with some units featuring skylights for extra natural light. The garden/outdoor furniture provides a small private outdoor space. Blind-equipped windows allow room darkening.

The apartments are self-catering only-there is no restaurant or breakfast service on the property. However, the kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including Antica Trattoria Toscana Il Borghetto (300m), plus pizzerias and an excellent gelato shop on the way to the metro. A large grocery store is a 2-minute drive (with its own parking), and many small shops are open until after 10pm. For those wanting to eat out, a cosy bar in the building's lobby also offers a 10% discount for residents.

The property offers free on-site parking (one space per reservation, reservation mandatory) in a secure, gated courtyard with three locked gates. Luggage storage is available after check-out. Check-in is fully automated via a code system, with no reception desk, but the host responds quickly via WhatsApp/booking platform. All apartments have key-code access.
