The hotel is on Via Venini, a quiet street just off the lively Corso Buenos Aires shopping area, which is a 10-minute walk away. The M1 (red) metro line, reachable in 3-5 minutes on foot, connects you directly to the Duomo in about 15 minutes and to the Fiera di Milano Rho in 30 minutes. The historic tram line no. 1 stops right outside the hotel and passes Piazza della Scala, Sforza Castle and the Brera Museum. From Milano Centrale, you can also take a taxi or the no. 1 tram directly to the hotel. For drivers, the hotel is outside the Area B ZTL zone, and paid parking (€10 per night) is available nearby but must be reserved. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and lively, with many bars, restaurants and a minimarket within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to find a meal or a morning coffee without going far.

Classic rooms are available as singles, doubles/twins, triples and quadruples, all with private bathrooms featuring a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Superior rooms add a spacious layout, a whirlpool tub and views over Milan, making them a better choice for families or work groups who want extra comfort. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, safe, mini-bar, wardrobe and a private bathroom with a bidet and walk-in shower. The hotel does not have rooms with balconies. Some ground-floor rooms near the reception area can be noisier due to foot traffic; rooms on higher floors or facing the quiet inner courtyard are recommended for light sleepers. While the décor is simple and functional-tiled floors, no carpets-many rooms are described as spacious and very clean, with fresh linens and daily housekeeping available upon request.

The breakfast offering includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, jam and hot drinks made to order. The hotel does not operate a restaurant, so lunch and dinner are not available on site. However, the area around the hotel is well supplied with eateries: Osteria della Pasta e Fagioli, Gelateria Geko and several other bars and restaurants are within a 300-metre walk, offering a range of Italian and international options.
