APARTMENT CENTRO 8 PAX, Playa del Carmen

The apartment is tucked in a quiet area just two streets from the bustling 5th Avenue, ensuring minimal street noise at night. The beach is a quick 3-block walk, while the ADO International Bus Station is 1 km away for regional connections. Cozumel International Airport is 35 km from the property. A large supermarket (Soriana/Mega) is two blocks away, and numerous restaurants, including Pizza Banana and Bovino's Churrascaria, are within a 5-minute walk. The location is highly walkable; a car is rarely needed to explore the center.

The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests across two separate bedrooms and a living room sofa. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a tea/coffee maker, but is more suitable for basic meals than extensive cooking. The main living area features a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Air conditioning is available throughout, and hard-surface floors keep the space cool and clean. The apartment is comfortable for short or week-long stays, though longer stays may reveal wear. Units managed by other operators are known to be in better condition than those run by this host.

The outdoor pool is open all year from 08:00 to 21:00, offering a practical spot to cool off after a day at the beach. Sun loungers are provided around the pool deck, and the lush, well-kept grounds create a calm atmosphere. The pool is clean and a nice bonus for relaxing, though the building's sewage system can cause odors that occasionally drift from the bathrooms into the surrounding area.
