The area is well-served by collectivos for further travel. The property is about a 30-minute walk from the main ADO bus station but only 10 minutes from the alternate ADO station. The surrounding neighborhood is generally quiet and safe, though the immediate entrance area can feel dark due to street lighting.

Rooms vary by layout and floor. Ground-floor studios are available (Nuna 2 and 3), while other categories include the Anana Deluxe Menos. For a full kitchen, the Nuna and Ohana studios are recommended. For a two-room setup, two same-category Ohana or private kitchen rooms can be booked. Most rooms include a small private kitchen with a sink, electric kettle, dining table, and a refrigerator. Private bathrooms are standard, but some rooms have been noted to have water pressure issues, low toilet flush, and the occasional smell from the plumbing. Some rooms have been noted to lack a TV. Top-floor rooms are reportedly brighter and quieter, while ground-floor rooms can be darker and more humid. Noise can travel between rooms due to gaps under the doors, and the neighborhood has some dog barking at night. Rooms are cleaned once per week, which is adequate for short stays. Hair dryers are available. Water for drinking is available from a purified dispenser right next door.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service on site. Each room comes with a private kitchenette equipped with a stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, and utensils, allowing for self-catering. There is also a fully equipped communal kitchen downstairs for those who prefer more cooking space.
